These are given out at the Webmasters discretion and further mark your site as a High Quality site, which will in turn direct more visitors to your site.
We review the sites in the database regularly and give out High Quality Icons on our own accord, if you have changed your site recently (to better quality, took popups off etc.) then feel free to E-Mail your Username to: webmaster@top26.net and I will review it again.
Please Note that Editing your Site Name, Site URL or Description will remove your Quality Icon (if you have one), until the sites are reviewed again.
This protects against URLs being changed to less quality sites but still having the Quality Icon, or changing your Name or Description to something against the rules and still having a Quality Icon.

- Not have more than 2 popups, site wide.
- Have a high amount of Quality content
- Not have any broken Links
- Not have Force Voting
- Have an easy to navigate, clean Design
- Not Leech Files from other sites.
